DRAWWORKS AND ROTARY SYSTEM

1625M National Drawworks powered by three (3) GE motors each rated at 1000 HP with a 7838 Electric brake. A National 37-1/2” rotary table independently driven by an EMD 1,000 HP electric motor.

ENGINES AND GENERATORS

Four (4) Caterpillar 3512B diesel engines, each rated at 1478 HP, driving Kato 1204 KW AC generators. A GE Microdrill 3000 control center. Total HP 5912.

MUD PUMPS

Three (3) PZ-11 1600 triplex mud pumps each rated at 1600 HP each and driven by three (3) EMD 975 HP electric motors, with a P-Quip liner retention system. One (1) Hydril K20 pulsation dampner.

OVERHEAD STRING

Dreco crown block and Continental Emsco 875 ton traveling block, BJ 5750 hook rated at 750 tons. A 1-5/8”, 14-line string up.

TOP DRIVE

A Varco TDS-4S 650-ton top drive and a rotating mousehole.

MAST AND SUBSTRUCTURE

Dreco 160’ high floor type mast with a 32’ floor, rated at 1,555,000# hookload, 1,500,000# casing and 800,000# setback capacity. Substructure clearance of 26.6’ under the rotary beams. The substructure and setback areas have an integrated drainage system to provide maximum fluid containment.

BLOWOUT PREVENTER EQUIPMENT

One (1) 13-5/8” x 10M double ram preventer, one (1) 13-5/8” x 10M single ram preventer, and one (1) 13-5/8” x 5M annular preventer. (All BOPE material in accordance with NACE MR 0175). A 160-gallon, 10-station accumulator, a 4-1/16” 10,000 psi choke manifold. One (1) 6’ diameter x 22’ high vertical mud gas separator.

MUD SYSTEM

1135.5 bbls total active system. Covered cylindrical tanks with spherical bottoms and electric agitators for optimum mixing/blending and easy clean-out. Consists of three sections: Process section, Mixing/Additions section, and Suction and Volume section. All active/process tanks are unitized on a common skid. A separate skid incorporates two 45.7 bbls trip tanks with two Halco Supreme 3x4 centrifugal pumps with 30HP AC motors.

SOLIDS CONTROL EQUIPMENT

Five (5) Brandt King Cobra linear motion Shakers, one (1) Brandt SE16 - 1000 GPM Desander with Halco Supreme 6x8x100HP centrifugal pump, one (1) Brandt DG-10 vacuum degasser with Halco Supreme 6x8x100HP centrifugal pump, two (2) Mud Mixing centrifugal pumps, Halco Supreme 6x8x100HP, one (1) Transfer centrifugal pump, Halco Supreme 6x8x100HP, and two (2) each HALCO 2050-20-103 mud hoppers with dust collection.

PIPE HANDLING EQUIPMENT

 Pedestal-mounted iron roughneck combines spinning and torque into one wrench for 4-1/4” – 8-1/2” O.D. tubular with 80,000 ft-lbs maximum break-out torque.

 Hydraulic catwalk system.

AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT

 Vapor-proof lights are standard.

 Two (2) 500-bbl. water tanks

 Five (5) floor air hoists
